I called and they said come in, we'll be waiting for you, you might have to wait a bit. When I walked in they addressed me by name and immediatelytook me to a room. We interacted with four different folks and everyone was so so kind, helpful, and professional. They patiently answered all my questions. So glad I went here.
We call and no one answers nor reply our messages. We can call up to 15 times and day after day and for some reason no one answers the phone. There are times that it's for questions on my mother's treatments, appointment confirmation or appointments rescheduling. Today is 4/6/26 and I will call in the morning AGAIN and see if there is any response. Don't get me wrong the Dr does awesome work it's just the answering phone calls.
