ER visit for my 91 year old Mom suffering from extremely high BP. Was processed quickly, spoke with 2 doctors, tests were run, and new BP meds prescribed. However, her BP cuff wasn't turned on the whole time in ER other than initial reading, no test results were given, the ekg tabs were never removed from her, was in ER two hours after diagnosis waiting to be discharged. I was in and out of the ER within 1.5 hrs! That's unheard of!! I got triage, xrays, boot and crutches (broken foot). The staff was very attentive and kind.
Everyone was very friendly and informative
The whole staff was great especially Kristi Koger!
