This is one of the MOST unprofessional, dishonest, and deceptive businesses that I've ever dealt with. Luckily I read the contract (after not being told upfront about terms) and have 14 days to return the CPAP machine. I plan to NEVER use this practice, and I would advise my friends to not ever use this practice.

This place was nice and courteous when I first got my CPAP equipment. I called today, and whoever answered the phone was rude, seemed as if I was disturbing her peace by asking questions, as this was my first time calling wanting to now how to order supplies for my equipment. Ended up hanging up with nothing ordered and just as frustrated at the end of the call, as I was before I called. I think she knew I was at the end of my rope with her and was about to lose my cool! Never answers their phone. Never followed up about a delayed order. No customer care. 2 months of back and forth and I still do not have supplies. Lack of/Antiquated billing system.Worst experience possible.

This company has been completely unprofessional. We spent months trying to get CPAP supplies for my husband, who has severe sleep apnea, only to be told after paying an outstanding balance and placing multiple orders that his prescription was expired. This critical detail was never mentioned during any of our earlier calls. Their communication is terrible, and the staff showed no concern for the urgency of his condition.
