Don't have surgery scheduled on a Friday. They discharged me too early because they were closing. I could not walk, hold my eyes open, barely hold my head up, my surgery site was bleeding terribly under the bandage and my color was pale white to gray. My son was scared to see me like that. Would say I had a great experience other than the fact I just received a 1200 bill in the mail. I paid for my procedure up front and the anesthesia when I received a bill in the mail that was communicated to me that I was all I would be charged for. There was NO MENTION of receiving or paying for the anesthetist. I think that’s extremely distasteful and disappointing to get such a large bill in the mail that was never communicated to you or would even be a non covered or paid for service.

This was the best experience I have had as far as a surgery center. My daughter had several surgeries and everyone there made us feel secure and comfortable with her having surgery there. They took time explaining everything that was going to happen to happen before, during and after surgery. They addressed all of our concerns with care and respect. I literally can't say enough great things about our experience. Thank you all for all that you do! Keep being great!
