Update - 2 years later - still happy camper. Love her & the staff. I found Dr. Burnell because she was an option under my insurance plan. I had a not so pleasant experience in Colleyville and was dreading the appointment honestly. The previous doc was fine but the office staff and making an appointment was really hard. I had a good experience with Dr. Burnell. Unfortunately there were two major problem I encountered recently which has made me weary about communication issues, and not being able to utilize the pharmacy I wanted. My doctor wanted me to work with a Methodist Pharmacist because my A1C was very high. She found a couple of blood pressure medications that helped with that condition. I've been going here for a couple of years now. Dr. Maehara is amazing! She doesn't rush you out the door and I feel she listens to me.
Dr. Maehara is absolutely the best doctor I had!! She is also my mom’s, my sisters, & my daughter’s doctors too!!
