I had my annual checkup at Methodist Family Health Center in Celina, and the entire experience was outstanding. Dr. Kevin and his team were exceptional and incredibly cooperative throughout my visit. The office staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. After my doctor left the practice, they refused to assist with a new referral. They have no issue accepting federal VA funding, but when it came to filling out the necessary paperwork to continue my care, they outright refused and complained about having to do their job. No wonder the doctor left.
