Wonderful experience! Didn't like my primary doc in Prosper so went looking for recommendations online. Many people recommended Dr. Nguyen so decided to try. Needless to say, I am officially switching over. Front desk was very friendly and actually happy to be there. Dr. Nguyen was also very personable, transparent, and actually talks to you like you're a person and not just another faceless patient.
If I could leave zero stars for this place, I would. My husband (who works for the city of Celina) walked into this place having a severe anaphylactic reaction. Throat was closing, and they told him to hold on while they asked the provider. They proceeded to tell him he needed to get back in his car and drive to the ER. How unsafe for him and other people on the road. As a nurse myself, this is the worst patient care.
