Thank you to all the staff who helped me on 07-09-25 at 19:30. Everyone who helped me, were patient and kind. Stacey M. NP was really helpful. Wait time was only 5 minutes. Best hospital I been to since moving to SATX.
I was transported to Methodist ER via EMS. Upon arrival, er staff was having a hard time locating a vein. At the time I didn’t realize I was having a heart attack. After numerous attempts a sonogram machine was brought in to help locate a vein. One very rude female young white nurse (a KAREN) immediately started telling me how she is trying to help me and if I don’t want their help she can get me a form for me to sign and she can arrange an Uber to take me out of there because they have other sick people to care for. Terrible service!! Was greeted with attitude and a bunch of people who don’t wanna do their job.
The nurses and support staff here are awesome and amazing. They were polite, professional, respectful, and did everything they could to help me, just like when I visited before. This is why I came back to this facility. Unfortunately, the doctor I met with was less than helpful. I came to the ER because I was in pain. Severe excruciating pain. While I did get an answer as to why I was in pain, when I left, I was in just as much pain as when I arrived and the doctor had done absolutely nothing to help me feel any better. I fu... read more
