My daughter's have had horrible experiences here. It wasn't till my daughter went back the 3rd time within 2 weeks of them not giving her any meds that she finally got through to them. She was not getting better. They told her themselves on your 3rd time coming back we can prescribe something. That's ridiculous just racking up bills with them. My other daughter went in with same symptoms and they act like nothing is wrong they just say take motrin. She is also allergic to a certain antibiotic but then question it then dint o... read more

I recently had a very alarming experience at this hospital. I was extremely sick vomiting, weak, and passing out. My husband pulled up to the emergency entrance and ran inside to ask the staff to keep an eye on me while he parked the car, letting them know I had been losing consciousness. Not once did anyone come out from behind or even look in my direction. Instead, the staff behind the desk were laughing, telling jokes, and completely ignoring the situation. Have never been treated with this lack of respect or empathy as a sick person seeking help. The level of disrespect, attitude, and incredulous attitude I was greeted was both insulting and disgusting. Makes you really reconsider even visiting a hospital. I realize when you walk into an E.R your bound to be sit and wait but not to this degree of not explaining anything to the patient leaving them in a room to rot and continuously questioning their reason for being there like I was making it up..
