Horrible experience went with my 1 year old. No one at the desk waited 15 minutes and walked out. Ended up having to go to the hospital

I went in there like I've always done in the past with CHEST pain because of my ANGINA. I was told that they're not equipped to handle CARDIO patients and that they would have to transport me to METHODIST MAIN. The DOCTOR told me he didn't see an issue because I did not have elevated TRIPONIN levels and sent me home. He didn't bother to look at my files to see how many times I've gone in there with ANGINA problems along with other issues of chest pains and shortness of breath. We have been regulars at the ER fo since it opened, but recently My adult son was seen here and then transferred by ambulance and admitted to another hospital and had ended up having a week long stay. As a mother I was so impressed and greatful for the care and hospitality he ( and I) received during this unexpected visit and the assistance and urgency in transitioning to the next hospital. .
