I went to the Methodist ER clinic on Bandera Rd on a Sat. At noon, I only waited 5 minutes, saw the Nurse immediately and the Dr about 5 min later. The staff and Dr did the testing and diagnosis quickly and efficiently. Caring and compassionate clinic. This is my second time there and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Gave me 1 pill for bronchitis and I went to the urgent care in boerne 3 days later with severe bronchitis and rcvd 4 prescriptions for same issue. Great service and zDr.
Really grateful for the kind people who cared for me.
My experience was a pleasant one. I arrived in severe pain from a kidney stone. The staff moved promptly to get me relief. They answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor explained and was attentive. I would definitely reccomend this location.
