I never thought I would write a review like this, but other families considering care at Methodist ER De Zavala deserve to know what happened. I write to share my family's deeply traumatizing experience with Dr. Sophia Zabadayev and Nurse Rochel Turlowski at this facility. I’ve been to this ER multiple times forcefully because it’s close by, staff is okay somewhat nice, but the doctors I’m sorry to say they don’t do much. Their evaluations and exams are trash. I came in with some type of mass on my throat I was not checked for anything but step. They didn’t even prescribe anything. I was in so much pain for a couple days now. I have been using the Methodist ER at IH 10 And De Zavala for years. Everytime the vist everyone was very professional, caring and explained everything they were doing every step of the was. Oh did I say they are so friendly treat you like there best friend. Now when it's time for you to be leased they are very quick, because they need the room you just left to be cleaned and ready for the next patient.
