This is easily one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a medical facility. Despite the ER not being busy, the staff was incredibly dismissive. I was initially told only one visitor was allowed, but after checking their policy online—which states two visitors are permitted—I was told it was down to "nurse's discretion." FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN, The Triage Nurse, was SO ATTENTIVE. He showed care and urgency from his greeting throughout my stats, and all. The nurse who came in and took over was VERY ATTENTIVE and asked in depth questions to ensure she understood my concerns! And she made me laugh, which eased my stress! AMAZING! I had a miscarriage scare back in December and again in January. The entire staff, from front desk to the discharging doctor, was incredible. They helped me feel at ease and explained the diagnosis (subchorionic hemorrhage) in terms I could understand. I love this place. I never have had a bad experience here.
