Just confused about if I got diagnose for health related problem or concern cause site is very confusing
Went in with a UTI. Did not even take a UA until halfway through the visit. ( need to give a cup to pee in as soon as in the room) . After thst did nkt offer any uricalm to start relieving the pain. Visit took over an hour due to gaving to register on an ipad via facetime in the room. While also trying to communicate with the doctor. Nurses were not educated on basic antibiotics or any sense of urgency. Had to know my religious affiliation which felt dystopian and wasted time. Everyone was professional and friendly
Literally the best ER experience I’ve ever had and will probably ever have. I would come and hang out here for fun if I could! They took initiative immediately and were so tentative and sweet. Taylor, Drew, and Maria specifically were amazing. Would recommend this ER to everyone.
