The worst Hospital in America. DO NOT GO HERE. 5 hour ER wait, then put on a bed and left in a hall way for another 2 hours. PLEASE trust me..... Don't take your loved ones to this place.
This was unfortunately a terrible experience for our family. We were scheduled by our ENT for ear tubes for our toddler at this center. Our ENT office told us that the doctor would need to be paid prior to surgery, which we did. The office informed us the surgery center would be separate billing and we assumed we would be billed post surgery. MAS called us 2 days before surgery to inform us we owed 1800 prior to surgery, so we scrambled to get the money together and paid the center. The day before surgery she spiked a fever ... read more

I went here with breathing difficulties during the first week of May, 2016, and received prompt and excellent care. At the time I was unaware that I had any insurance and went in as an indigent, but was treated just as courteously and thoroughly as if I were royalty. My wait was less than 5 minutes. I really like this concept of a satellite ER with direct admission from there to the Methodist Texsan Hospital in San Antonio. My experience with going directly to more urban emergency rooms is that of long waits in a more chaoti... read more

horrible. extremely dissatisfied with the entre 2008 I was diagnosed with Crohns DC, so I have had my fair share of hospital stays, visits, etc. they don't listen, they twist your words and they don't fix you, let alone figure out what the problem is to begin with. l Dr came in and asked me a serious of standard questions- I answered and he left the room .. mind you I'm in this bed because I can't swallow/and my lymph nodes in my neck are swollen to the max. As a former CCU nurse I have to say that this hospital provides the finest level of professional medical care I've seen anywhere. The nurses and doctors are first rate. My father has been to this hospital a number of times and has always received excellent medical care here.
