They never answer the phone and when you get sick they will act as if you miss your appointments just to be missing. just answer the dam phone.

I mean, if trying to hire the most unethical and disappointing set of doctors was the goal, then congrats. I don’t know what the staff be doing, oh let me guess (not their job). Everyone’s getting paid yet you can get no help by phone or when you come in for your appointment. Just shut the whole building down, take away all licensing and try again. Do better. Horrible staff, and lack of professionalism. Accused me of being duplicitous when I was trying to recover from a crisis and needed to come in after getting discharged from the hospital. They told me to come for treatment yet I was denied, the staff are the manipulative and duplicitous ones, they literally stated it was inappropriate for me to contact my doctor for a telehealth appointment while in the hospital.
