My doctor has faxed an order to them numerous times so that I can have an appointment set up. They can't seem to find the order. These folks need to get things together. Ridiculous!
I have NEVER had a mammogram that did not make me clinch my teeth!! Dornetha gave mine today and it did not hurt AT ALL! Why is she not TEACHING others all to do this?? I did not know it was possible! All was wonderful: the sweet ladies up front, the cleanliness of all rooms and bathroom!
I have been coming here for the last 3-4 years and had amazing experiences- today was just bad. First the lady couldn’t verify my insurance, she was on the phone and kept saying she just didn’t know what was going on ( same job and same insurance as I have had the last couple years) so I am standing at the counter while she is calling people and typing on her computer, for like 30 minutes. The front administrative staff make this facility so welcoming. The ladies are extremely friendly courteous and professional. I truly appreciate their efforts assistance and information by informing me of the resources available for uninsured people and providing me with free breast screening. Ladies please know there are programs and options available at this location if you are uninsured. The facility staff and screening technology is top notch.
Extremely helpful and caring. I was new in town and needed follow up care. I could not find any appointments available anywhere! Shuree found me an appointment and then made sure my records were transferred in time for my appointment. They care about their patients and are willing to deal with the complications of the US medical /insurance system to provide needed care.
