The office staff was very kind; however, the technician who assisted me was unacceptably harsh and dismissive. Her attitude clearly communicated that she did not want to be bothered. During the exam, she applied so much pressure under my arms that it caused significant pain — to the point where I genuinely thought I had been cut. This is a vulnerable and often stressful time for women, and patients should feel cared for, not made more anxious. On 1/21/26, I had an excellent experience with (2) lovely ladies. Brittney and Kelly did my exam. I love to be greeted with a warm smile, feel safe, gave explanations, ask questions and answers all questions clearly:) The front desk associate was also very kind. The facility / rooms were nice and clean! Kudos to all !! Gigi P.
I scheduled a mammogram at this location where I had previously been before. When I arrived I checked in went thru all the paperwork. Got to the back, got halfway undressed put the robe on and set in the next waiting area and then was told I couldn't get a regular mammogram because in 2024 I was supposed to come back in November and have a diagnostic mammogram done. My doctor has faxed an order to them numerous times so that I can have an appointment set up. They can't seem to find the order. These folks need to get things together. Ridiculous!
I have NEVER had a mammogram that did not make me clinch my teeth!! Dornetha gave mine today and it did not hurt AT ALL! Why is she not TEACHING others all to do this?? I did not know it was possible! All was wonderful: the sweet ladies up front, the cleanliness of all rooms and bathroom!
