My son gives them 5 stars and he had to get an iv! I’d say they are definitely doing something right!
I would give this place a 0 of if I could. The Pedi ER nurses are slow, inefficient, never on the same page, and consistently rude. Unfortunately even the charge nurse Cambri and nurse administrator Andrea are even worse. I’m praying the C-Suite at Methodist will see my message and make swift changes.
I’ve come here multiple times with my 2 children and everyone has been wonderful.
This was an excellent emergency room Colton in Xray was very helpful. The MRI lady was very sweet I didn't grab her name I wish I did. And our nurses were awesome aswell. The pediatrician with the boots could work better with children. He wasnt the worse though. Any future problems we will be back and put in a good word with others.
Rude staff, very pious and judgmental. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this Emergency Department. Worst hospital experience ever!!! Do not recommend!!
