I spand 4 days with one of my kids in ICU due a respiratory condition, and all nurses were amazing the are so attentive and sensitive to the situation, treating my son with care and helping us to distract him with many diferent games, doctors and respiratory team as well. Thank you all and God bless you!

Very rude staff, inconsiderate and uncaring. Whomever is answering phones on 4/17/26 should get some coaching to learn decent customer service and compassion for children with blood disorders. Unacceptable. You may forget what people say, but you never forget how they made you feel. :(

If you care about your baby DO NOT come here please dear god! I told them my daughter was having an allergic reaction and all they did was make us wait In a room for 2+ hours I walk out to see them all laughing and gossiping about hurricane Milton while my daughter is screaming and crying in pain!!! This hospital needs to be demolished !!!! Careless then I go to adult er for an epi pen with no luck whatsoever same attitude so yes I left bawling in tears!!!! They do not care about their job title let alone children!!! Only th... read more
