Every person we spoke to was rude and unprofessional. Our children deserve better.
If you care about your baby DO NOT come here please dear god! I told them my daughter was having an allergic reaction and all they did was make us wait In a room for 2+ hours I walk out to see them all laughing and gossiping about hurricane Milton while my daughter is screaming and crying in pain!!! This hospital needs to be demolished !!!! Careless then I go to adult er for an epi pen with no luck whatsoever same attitude so yes I left bawling in tears!!!! I got transferred here from another hospital & let me say thank you Im glad I was able to choose the hospital .Everyone was so helpful, very compassionate & caring of my son. I’ve always received great care for my kids at this hospital. We were cared for on the third floor. Our nurse was Cynthia Thank you for receiving my son with some goodies from our arrival from the ambulance… he was very excited 🩹
