Very, courteous, prompt and professional. Easy to communicate with.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in, to initial assessment, to actual consult with PA, all our interactions were warm, friendly, and positive. The medical care and explanations were completely clear and any question we had was quickly answered to our satisfaction. We are so grateful to have been referred to this clinic. We are receiving excellent care!
Dr. Ortiz’s PA’s, office staff and reception clerks are the best I’ve ever dealt with in the medical community!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would gladly do it!
