Very Very Disappointed with Dr. Donovan and his staff, Rebecca and Barbara! I am a new patient but both my mom and sister go to Dr. Donovan. With the scare I had in Nov, I decided to make an appt with a dr that knows the family history. I called in December to make an appt. I explained to the girl that I used to see Sioco but now I am an ex patient and have not seen him in years. Everyone very helpful
Your front desk is very rude. 3rd floor as soon as I walked in at 8am. Was super disrespectful on her phone said good morning was ignored multiple times. TIL I finally said it louder. Then she said what can I do to help you. I said I had an echo she said annoyed around corner. Just treat people with decency. Especially in a cardio clinic.
Waited more than one hour to get an echocardiogram; they were all joking around throughout the floors having a “birthday party” walking all over with cake & food. Its ok to have a party at a job place, but please be professional and don't set up appointments for that time. Before the appointment I got a call everyday for a week and even they called me two hours before the appointment just to arrive on time and wait for this long so dissatisfied. (Event occurred on Oct/25th/2024 between (1:00pm-330pm))
