Waited more than one hour to get an echocardiogram; they were all joking around throughout the floors having a “birthday party” walking all over with cake & food. Its ok to have a party at a job place, but please be professional and don't set up appointments for that time. Before the appointment I got a call everyday for a week and even they called me two hours before the appointment just to arrive on time and wait for this long so dissatisfied. (Event occurred on Oct/25th/2024 between (1:00pm-330pm))
I saw Dr. Shah at the San Antonio Cardiology Clinic today. He was amazing! He took the time to explain medication options and side effects. Dr. Shah was patient and kind and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him!! His secretary Lindi was very helpful in scheduling follow up testing.
Don't miss an appointment or dare feel like you don't need that annual visit. It won't take much for you to be dropped and treated as a new patient. Then, good luck getting in. And, if you have EVER seen one of their doctors, you can not see any other physician. They won't touch you. Do NOT think this physician group has grown like this so they can help patients. It is apparently solely there for the doctor's benefit.
Methodist Cardiology Clinic, I called to schedule with Dr. Saad, Robert. The receptionist or scheduler for Dr Saad was rude left me on hold for 20 minutes. Just to tell me I could not schedule with Dr. Saad because I was seen by another Cardiologist in the same clinic and I wanted to seem because my daughter recommended him. Methodist Cardiology Clinic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any patients.
Dr. Donavan and Dr. Jayaram and their staffs are excellent. All the cardiologist and electro cardiologist are very good. Been a patient for over 15 years.
