Friendly and kind environment
Waiting has become a part of the medical treatment experience. This is because Doctors have convinced people that their time is more valuable than the patients. Well, I’m 80 years old and what little time I have left is pretty valuable to me. I was left sitting in the waiting room while I could have been driving to my next appointment with another doctor.
