They lied to me about my copay. I remember this well because I walked out of my first appointment because they would not tell me how much it would cost. The office manager called me back to specifically tell me that I would be responsible for my copay only, which is $35. I went to that appointment. I was very clear that I wanted to be informed of anything that would cost more in advance. They are trying to collect over $200. Do not trust these people!

Missing rides home because the staff is running behind. No communication from the staff so we can make arrangements where needed.
