It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone in this office, I have been trying for 2 straight days to call and each number I use goes straight to voicemail and no one ever returns the call. It’s absolutely unacceptable.
I have called and called trying to change an appointment- NO ONE returns my calls!!!!!!!!!
I am at a total lost being a retired pediatric oncology nurse why the check in staff and nurse are walking around with “No Mask” or the masks are being worn under their nose or on their chins. Patients are coming with compromised immune systems because of their treatment and told to wear a mask. Yet they are watching so called healthcare professionals walking around unmasked or incorrectly wearing mask. Totally unacceptable!
Dr.Hinkle performed my colon resection and I had absolutely no complications. He is a wonderful doctor with a very caring attitude. I would confidently recommend this doctor.
