This was unfortunately a terrible experience for our family. We were scheduled by our ENT for ear tubes for our toddler at this center. Our ENT office told us that the doctor would need to be paid prior to surgery, which we did. The office informed us the surgery center would be separate billing and we assumed we would be billed post surgery.
