BEWARE: AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! We purchased our pool 5 years ago from Method Pools. They took 22 weeks to complete our pool (They told us 6-8 weeks). Our plaster began to fail after 6 months. I emailed photos to the owner. The owner NEVER CAME TO SEE MY POOL. He sent his Hispanic plaster sub contractor to my home. We went with Method and REALLY wish we hadn’t. The main issue was the concrete being poured incorrectly. The contractor’s measurements were off. After that mistake was “fixed”, concrete spray was left on our windows and house. One person finally came to clean it off, but he had to leave, and never finished. This was two years later!!!! Horrible communication. Almost immediately after the concrete had settled we noticed HUGE cracks. We were told that this is normal settling and our contract wouldn’t cover it.
