Everyone has been absolutely wonderful. As a first time gym goer, I was really nervous about joining - thinking I was going to be out of my depth, but it was the complete opposite! The support is incredible and I really have found my place. Thank you guys 🩷
I absolutely love the vibes here – everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the team is always super helpful. I’ve been training for a while, but since following their structured program I’ve seen huge improvements. The classes push me to my limits in the best way, and the recovery/reset room is such a bonus. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Love M+A
By far the best gym in town. All the staff and coaches are lovely and so helpful. An easy to use app, with so many extra facilities, including the recovery room, with a sauna and ice bath, in body scan and a wide range of classes. Always clean and well maintained.
FAN-FRIKKIN-TASTIC!! Absolutely love this gym! Old school gym vibes with wicked equipment and super-friendly and welcoming staff. An absolute host of facilities which are second to none and very handy 24 hr access. Hands down the best in Launceston!! Defs check them out!!!
