I have never felt comfy in the gym setting. Overwhelmed with anxiety and feeling like I’ll look like a failure in front of really fit people. M+A has been exceptionally surprising. I am doing PT sessions and after 3 weeks, I now feel comfortable enough in the whole M+A philosophy, team & members, I have signed up for group classes and the Sauna. I’m feeling stronger already and now look forward to my sessions! Highly recommend to anyone who usually avoids gyms!! This is all a BIG thank you to my PT, Henry!
