exceptional service with great facility's
I was nervous about going to my first session, but the coaches are so friendly - they explained everything and made sure I knew what to do. Sometimes the exercise needed to be modified for me and it didn’t seem to be any trouble. I was reminded that I am on chapter 1 of my journey and not to compare myself to someone on chapter 6. So far, I love it!
