I received dryneedling from Method. Katie Dewar was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and pinpointed my issues immediately with terrific results. They were the only PT/dry needling who cared enough—thank you Genevieve!—to respond to my desperate request for a last second appointment…and squeezed me in, twice.
I strongly recommend Method Physical Therapy. I was diagnosed with a 'grossly dysfunctional pelvic floor' by the Mayo Clinic 12 years ago. I followed the two week intensive pelvic floor therapy offered by the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota soon after. I experienced no long term benefit. Profoundly effective physical therapy! After more than a decade of being physically uncomfortable and anxious, it’s been completely game changing. Dr. Katie Dewar is beyond knowledgeable and has a real gift of healing through educating patients and prescribing very specific exercises and physical corrections. I can’t express how much mental and physical relief she has provided and I cannot recommend her enough!!

I attended a presentation by Nora and Genevieve and was very impressed with their knowledge and compassion for issues related to women's health and pelvic floor. Nora helped me immensely with pain four years after emergency surgery for a burst appendix. I wish I had seen her MUCH sooner!
