I recently experienced Method Barre in Clarkston. I was really impressed with the challenging class and great instructor. I loved the philosophy of creating long lean muscles. My muscles were kicked into high gear.
Method Barre has GREAT instructors and AWESOME classes.
Went to Method Barre Clarkston last night and did The Contemporary Pilates with core burn. What a great class! Make sure to try their classes during February ($5). There’s something for everyone!
