I'm looking forward to working with Kyle in achieving my strength and movement goals.
We live it here. Such a different atmosphere than your typical sports therapy/rehab center. There are lots of young athletes so my son enjoys being here. He really enjoys working with Kyle each week.
This is the second time my son has sprained his ankle in a year. Method was recommended to us the first time and my son was back playing volleyball within 3 weeks! The staff and physical therapists at Method really know what they are doing!
