All of the staff are very friendly and personable. It is clean. The staff are attentive to your goals and accomplishments. Method is an awesome place for strength training and Pilates. Other classes are offered too.
Seth Shepherd is an incredible personal training. Not much better way to start off your day on the right foot.

Trista is a great spin instructor and the cycle & core class is a difficult workout, which is what I am looking for to start my morning. Please think about adding more cycling classes to the schedule!
For someone who was new to Pilates, I appreciated how welcoming and accommodating everyone has been at Method. It made me feel comfortable returning and has truly gotten me excited for my weekly workouts.
