I find the people who answers the phone not very helpful. I have only had one friendly interaction with a counselor there. The reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of one.

Completely unprofessional. Took 4 hours to be admitted, should have taken 1hr. Came in on second day to dose where supposedly i already dosed which is false. I wait 30 min in line when I reach the front they tell me I have to get out of line to dose because they messed up. I can't spend my life here in the morning. They messed up, not my problem.

I have been going here for over a year, it used to be run very well. Unfortunately now they cant keep the dispensing nurses around, so for the past 4 months have been perpetually training new people. Which means you will wait 2+ hours for any dose. Avoid this place unless you like standing in line.
