I have never worked with a more, in my opinion, incompetent title company. I will never use them again. It was a joke from beginning to end. I can't blame anyone but myself because I chose to use them instead of my regular go to.

Their communication was consistent, and every interaction—especially through email—was handled with professionalism. We felt confident and well‑guided the entire way.
