Had my water meter replaced as part of the Parsippany municipal program. Appointment scheduled for January 14 between 8-12. Daniel arrived around 920am. Prompt. Professional. Polite. Replaced the meter in about 30 minutes. No mess whatsoever. I highly commend Daniel as a representative of the company.
This place feels like a complete scam. They are the most unprofessional company my family has ever encountered. They don’t know how to do simple tasks like show up to a scheduled appointment or contact customers. We’re still waiting on them to do a basic meter update after standing us up twice (8am-12pm window and not a peep). Another time, they just showed up when no one was home and not a soul was contacted prior. They truly don’t know what they are doing.
Metertek left a notice on my door stating our water would be shut off within 24 hours if we do not respond to schedule a new water meter in our home. I called metertek the next day to find out why they would be threatening to shut off the water and Adriana explained that they came to my house to shut the water off, the only reason why they didn’t was because of the faulty valve at the curb.
