Technician Dave came to our House to change our Water Meter. He was very Professional. He also “amazed us,” because he couldn’t turn our water off from inside our House, so he went outside and turned it off from out there!! He was very helpful and gave us alot of important information! Meter Tek has an “excellent” Employee in Dave!! We think that Dave should get a raise…. So he stays with your Company.

Tech Joseph came out for a schedule appointment today to change our water meter. - Very polite, explained what he was doing and how long it would take, - Very mindful of the work area, he cleaned up all the water that dribbled during the visit, I was amazed the area was completely dry when he left, -Made sure to have me run the cold water to confirm there wasn't any issues after the meter change. It was a next level professional experience and I appreciate it.
