We purchased an 3 phase change over switch when our engineer went to install the unit it was damaged inside the switch was broken and the terminals where all damaged, i e mailed admin i never got a reply after several e mails they replied and arranged for the damaged unit to be collected by DPD which they did again nothing was heard again so email 3 more times they replied stating that it would be sorted on Monday 24th February nothing has been done again *** Very poor customer service and communication's ***
I recently bought a downflow heater from Meteor Electrical website. Before purchase I contacted customer service to make sure the item is in stock. Prompt respond on my email. Order placed on Tuesday and was with me the next day (North West of Republic of Ireland)! Honestly can’t fault them!
