I have never been treated so disrespectful. ..I liked it at first but after a few times . It was horrible . They gave me tests which I passed with no problem s Still I wanted to stay .I know they have other clinics so I cant say how they are .this one is next to the icecream shop. It's for more elderly patien.ts.which is nice and needed. I have high bld preasure which scares me ...now I have to find another dr quickly im on bld preasure meds. Or die or have a stroke
NIGHTMARE: MY SISTER, 80 MAY HAVE HAD A STROKE OR ANURISM. GIVEN APT FOR MRI IN 2 WEEKS. AFTER 2 FALLS AND INCOHERENT CALLED THE PLACE WHERE MRI AND SONAR WAS TO BE DONE. THEY SAID JUST GET A STAT ORDER AND BRING HER IN. CONTIVA SAID NO GO TO EMERGENCY. SHE IS OUT OF IT AND REFUSED. SUCH A NIGHTMARE.
Everyone in the office seems to be professional and caring except for one, Rachel. She needs to learn how to be personable and more knowledgeable.
