Enjoyed my first visit with at Conviva Care Center, everyone was friendly and professional.. Anne Lind is wonderful, caring and thorough. Also nice to see Morgan (MA) who was at my previous facility I went to.. the office atmosphere is very welcoming,.
Very disappointed with care. The answering service/call- message center rarely answers the phone, answers after numerous rings, or leaves you on hold. The facility, MA, or NP takes 24hrs or longer to return calls. Medical records and Prescriptions are incorrect or outdated. I have decided to find another PCP.
Awesome and very caring doctor...
I have been in New Smyrna Beach for 13-14 years. I am so so pleased and happy plus grateful that I turned to Dr Lydia Lopez and was able to get her for my primary care. Because she cares, takes time with me. The doctor I had for the last 12-13 years I've been here ........... Sad, didn't spend time with me, a patient. And always had a excuse to what might be going on, never much sent me for any test etc...
