Every one from the Receptionists Renee and Dana, to the Medical Assistants Lorie and Katherine, also let me not forget about the Doctors. They are All friendly, courteous and very caring. They listen to you not only with their ears but the eyes too.
I have been in New Smyrna Beach for 13-14 years. I am so so pleased and happy plus grateful that I turned to Dr Anne Lind and was able to get her for my primary care. Because she cares, takes time with me. The doctor I had for the last 12-13 years I've been here ........... Sad, didn't spend time with me, a patient. And always had a excuse to what might be going on, never much sent me for any test etc...
I fractured my wrist.. Called office. they sent s medic & Xray..BUT.... from there DOWN HILL.. the results were in and as of today.. i have yet gotten in a Orrhopedic Dr. I have a HMO. thru Humana.. they keep sending referral with wrong codes to Orthopedics. we are on the 3 day trying to get it right so I can get this in a cast. Apparently they really dont care about patients.. I put in a grievence with Humana and they were talking to them and all was SUPPOSE to be sending corrret information to Orthopedic Dr. still no one h... read more
