My experience with MetCap Living Management Inc. has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, the level of management has been poor, with ongoing issues that have not been handled effectively. At the same time, costs have increased while the quality of service has not improved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property management company.

I’m beyond frustrated with METCAP Living. They are absolutely unresponsive — no replies to calls, no answers to messages, and not a single response to emails. It’s like trying to contact a ghost company. What’s worse is the cookie-cutter response they keep giving to everyone leaving negative reviews: “Please email community@metcap.com.” Guess what?
