I’m beyond frustrated with METCAP Living. They are absolutely unresponsive — no replies to calls, no answers to messages, and not a single response to emails. It’s like trying to contact a ghost company. What’s worse is the cookie-cutter response they keep giving to everyone leaving negative reviews: “Please email community@metcap.com.” Guess what? Worst experience....Metcap has employees and tenants who are leasing illegally. Better not to choose this management! Not trustworthy....they are cheating immigrants and taking benefit of them!
