Had some issues when we moved in, Metcalf was able to stop by within a couple of days. Instead of talking me into service that I didn’t need he told me to order a simple part to fix everything. Honest, knowledgeable and will work with you.
Highly recommend this company. Jeff is super knowledgeable, on time, and professional. Would give 6 stars if I could.
I was in over my head trying to take care of our pool, always trying to keep up with the chemicals and the cleaning, but eventually it got out of control. I called Metcalf's Pool Service to see if they could help, he came out to our house with-in an hour to look at our pool and gave me a quote right away and started the service the same day.
