Darcy is a pleasure to work with and made the experience of buying a new truck very stress free.
I am not impressed. It took 2 weeks before we could pick up the vehicle that we bought. The windshield was cracked and they said that they would fix it which they did but after they replaced the windshield they asked us if they could go through our insurance so that they would not have to pay for the windshield . I said what kind of a dealership asks you to use your own insurance so that the dealership don't have to pay. Buyer beware. .

Metcalfe Garage provides excellent after sales service. As a rural dealership they have to be significantly better than others to maintain customers. Updated from original post, I still feel the same and continue to bring my vehicles to Metcalfe for service. Metcalfe has met and exceeded my expectations on sales and mechanical service.
