Absolute Gem! While on holidays, car breaking down on the highway a few blocks from Metcalfe, we received the best service. Radiator needed to be replaced for us to be able to get back down to Victoria. We called them up around 8.30am, asked for a price for a new radiator and if they had time to install it on the same day. Outstanding mechanics. Extremely knowledgeable. So happy I've stumbled upon them. Desperate to find an issue that's been affecting my diesel 2007 Toyota Prado for a couple of years now. I’d like to say thank you to Susie, who answered my call to Metcalfe today. Susie was so lovely + understanding as she coordinated with team members to confirm the type of coolant my vehicle needed.
