DO NOT HIRE RUSS!!! He's nice but he completely ripped me off!!! I hate to leave a negative review but people should be warned. He is also a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. I am as well. But I expected a church member who was just called as the stake president to be honest with his fellow man!
