I bought an AC unit, and Metcalf was absolutely professional at showing up and installing the unit. Since, the job was not completed, in that the heat strips were not installed, but I was told they would return to install them as soon as they came in. They told me they came in, and they would install them either Yesterday or today. No one has showed up, and I cannot contact them. They don’t answer the phone, nor do they respond to my message. I called and they were here sooner than expected. They came 2 times I called and had it fixed pdq.
