Looks like the property has been way cleaned up and the units are renovated. This isn’t the nicest property in O’Park but it definitely has had work done and rent isn’t crazy.
Been here about 2 years So far and couldn’t be any better!
I Love my Apt, the space is AWSOME!!! Great staff Amy and Mechell are the best
We did not end up renting here but I have only amazing things to say about the staff at Maple Hills. They are kind over the phone and extremely responsive. The assistant leasing agent, Michelle, was funny, knowledgeable, and gave us a great tour.
I moved in in December of 2023 and I absolutely love these apartments! My neighbors are very nice, any maintenance request that I have gets handled very quickly. I have and would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone
