I have lived here for a year and we had a new company take over on the first of the year. I believe there is mold in the walls and have mentioned it before. Grass never gets mowed- snow plows last winter were horrible. My shower gets hot/cold if anyone in the building flushes or uses water. The apartment is very spacious which is nice. Was promised a negotiation on my rent increase which they completely took back. No pool- no gym- only apartment and bad parking. Not a fan of new regional management.
*BECAREFUL THEY ARE STARTING TO TOW AWAY YOUR VEHICLES BECAUSE OF COMPLAINTS* Cooper Murdock management does not care about this place and its residents. They only answer to emails that they feel like answering to.
I basically applied without seeing the place in person and the leasing manager was absolutely fantastic in facilitating everything. I was moved in without an issue and the place was clean and beautiful. Thank you Maple Hills
This is the best place to live. Most affordable beautiful apartments in op area. Close to downtown and all modern apartments. Maintenance responds within 10 minutes and fixes issue as fast as can. -Kyle Masson
