Called regarding window tint and was quoted a great price. Asked him what time is a good time that I could come in the morning. He said you can come at 9:30 AM. I agreed and he tells me to text him when I’m on my way. At 9 AM I text that I was on my way and would see him at 9:30 AM. I didn’t get a response. I get there and he is not there.
