Not a fan of massages, but as I've aged I've gotten a lot more inflexible. An instructor from my palates class recommended I try it again. Just happened to pass a sign for Metamorphosis as I was leaving class. I booked an appointment and 3 massages later not only an I noticing changes (less creaky), but my instructor just commented on how much more range I had. Aubra is the absolute best!! Seven years ago, I tore my left ACL and had knee surgery. A year after, I started suffering from right hip pain from putting all my weight on the opposite side of my knee. It’s been six years of hip pain and now some arthritis due to wear and tear on it and I’ve been desperate to find a solution. Aubra hands down does the best massage I’ve ever gotten in my life. I’m someone who has gotten massages regularly and let me tell you Aubra is one of one! I’ve never had someone massage me in such a way that helped my pain go away the way she did. She combines different techniques so her massage is definitely unique and effective! Do your body a favor and go see her!
