We had a 3:00 p.m. appointment. We get there we knock on the door for about 3 minutes no answer. So we went and sat back in the car, I sent them an email letting them know we were here we were waiting after 15 minutes we're going to leave. When 15 minutes was up I went back in and knocked on the door still no answer.
Called and requested an appointment back on 7.1.24. I was told the appointment would not be finalized until the paperwork was completed which was fine. I received the paperwork via email and Completed the paperwork within a day. Nearly 12 days later, I have received no confirmation of receipt or follow up phone call. Disappointing but will seek therapy elsewhere!
AMAZING! They are very empathic, understandable, flexible, loving and will have you healing at your own pace.
