This studio became my home ten years ago and It changed my life for the better . I have become a more confident person , my fitness level has exceeded my personal limitations , & I’ve found a family with the most uplifting and supporting people . I truly love it here .
A beautiful yoga class with warm, welcoming energy that left me feeling more relaxed, in both body and spirit, than I have in years. I will be back
I absolutely love it. It is bringing my confidence back I am feeling sexy again. I am feeling amazing after each class I might not be able to do everything but I am absolutely enjoying every bit of it this is something you should definitely try. And my husband joined me for one of the workshops and had a blast it doesn't matter your age well maybe if you're under the age of 18 but let me just say love Coco love being in her classes and I am looking forward to more so glad to have this in Racine.
