Meta is a warm, intimate, welcoming space for all. While visiting Racine I tried a strength and stretch class and loved the attention to each attendee and whole body experience. Highly recommend!

This studio became my home ten years ago and It changed my life for the better . I have become a more confident person , my fitness level has exceeded my personal limitations , & I’ve found a family with the most uplifting and supporting people . I truly love it here .
