Great experience, I heard about it from a friend who was raving about it. Christin was very professional. Craniosacral made a huge difference for me during a very stressful time, and to be perfectly honest, I don't usually expect wholistic or "alternative" modalities to make such a noticeable difference (usually subtle), but this definitely did. I recently had my second craniosacral/massage with Alicia, and it was wonderful! I felt so relaxed afterwards, and it was such a relief, physically and mentally. Alicia is very sweet and considerate, understanding what I’m looking to get out from a session. She’s super intuitive when considering what you say and how you’re feeling at the appointment goes along. Definitely planning to come back, again!
Alicia was so gentle and kind. She even spoke with a soft voice to make sure I stayed relaxed. I normally don't ever fully relax, especially while getting a massage but when I tell you I almost fell asleep... I seriously was about to! I highly recommend getting a massage from Alicia!
Highly recommend Metamorpha Wellness for trauma-informed massage therapy, and for anyone with hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My first visit was incredibly healing and helpful. Christin was amazing, a great listener and almost supernaturally insightful when it came to finding the muscles that were holding physical as well as emotional pain. I can't wait to go back. I had the best massage I’ve ever had here. Christin Was amazing And made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She did the perfect pressure and her massage room is so calming. Will be back!!
