Told them no ARMS, no ballon payments, none of that junk. So we get to the closing table & we find out we not only got an ARM but we also got penatly payments is we re-mortgaged or sold our home within two years. The MetAmerican representative was going to show up for closing, no surprise he didn't. Good faith estimate was hoaky, should have turned them into the State Commission office for review. Since then they could NOT be bothered to apologize & we can't get them to stop calling us, even though we've ask for YEARS! AVOID... read more
