I didn't get the man's name that was very nice and courteous and on point with the little issue that was beyond his control. It was mother nature's fault. But big pieces of the roof flew off last night/early morning and was blocking my car to where I had to move it a little so I could get out to go to work. I went in there nice and respectful and the man said I will be right there. Unfortunately I had to run to Kenosha but when I came back I seen someone cleaning it up. Amazing customer service! We couldn't tell you the amount of times we put an order every WEEK, we are always treated with respect and they always look for ways to help make it easier for us to order. We couldn't be happier with metal world!

Horrible customer service!!! Very rude and not willing to help. Was told they were too busy and was taking up too much of their time. Do not recommend going here! Over priced anyways!
